Project Description: Adaptive Re-Use
Hubrich Contracting served as the construction partner for the transformation of a former office complex into a state-of-the-art high school campus. Working closely with Mussman Architects, our team led the adaptive re-use and construction process, converting the existing structure into a fully functional educational environment that supports modern learning.
The project included the build-out of classrooms, science labs, a cafeteria, student commons, teacher collaboration spaces, and outdoor learning areas, all designed to foster connectivity and engagement.
Through careful coordination and value-focused construction planning, Hubrich Contracting helped bring to life a dynamic, collaborative, and future-ready campus—a model example of how adaptive re-use can meet both educational and community goals.
