Hubrich Contracting began construction of the new Horse Creek Academy buildings in May 2020 and the project was completed for the 2021 – 2022 school year. The building serves students in expanded grade levels and offers the South Carolina high school diploma track, as well as South Carolina credential track, and has career-centered experiences on campus beginning with agriculture.
- Upgrade one existing building
- New construction of 2 additional buildings:
- Building A is 26,276 square feet
- Building B is 27.348 square feet
- Wood framed with Architectural timber rafters
- Exterior will be Hardie-panel 5/16” siding with 8” x 4” trim to match the existing campus.
- Flooring is Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout.
- Two common areas with vaulted ceilings and cupola for the student cafeteria and lounge.
