Hubrich Contracting, Inc. is proud to partner with Invictus Nashville Charter School on the transformation of an existing facility into a vibrant, student-centered learning environment. This project marks Hubrich’s first project in the state of Tennessee and represents a significant milestone in the firm’s continued growth and expansion into new markets.
Invictus Nashville is the city’s first public Montessori charter school, providing a personalized, student-focused educational model that emphasizes independence, mentorship, and community engagement. Opened in 2025 and currently serving early grade levels, the school is designed to grow into a full Pre-K through 8th grade program—preparing students to become confident, capable contributors to society. Working in collaboration with HMK Architects and under the leadership of founder Dr. Brenda Jones, this project focuses on the adaptive reuse and renovation of an existing building to support the school’s long-term academic vision. The scope includes comprehensive interior renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and the creation of flexible, modern learning environments that align with the school’s Montessori approach—supporting individualized learning, mentorship opportunities, and hands-on educational experiences.
Hubrich is delivering this project through an integrated Design-Build approach, enabling early coordination, efficient decision-making, and alignment of budget, schedule, and program goals. The team is focused on maximizing the value of the existing structure while implementing durable, high-quality solutions that will serve students and staff for years to come.
