Hubrich Contracting is proud to partner with Tutelage School Solutions and Mussman Architects to bring Libertas Academy-Easley to life, creating a state-of-the-art campus. The campus has been thoughtfully planned to provide an engaging learning environment while supporting future growth and long-term operational success.
The new campus will feature a 54,246-square-foot, two-story academic building complemented by a 16,824-square-foot gymnasium, providing nearly 71,000 square feet of educational and athletic space.
Designed with both functionality and student experience in mind, the academic building will include modern classrooms, collaborative breakout spaces, specialized instructional areas, administrative offices, art and special education classrooms, a full-service cafeteria and commercial kitchen, and flexible spaces that foster collaboration and innovation. The gymnasium will serve as a hub for athletics, physical education, school assemblies, and community events, complete with competition court, athletic equipment, and telescoping bleachers.
The campus architecture blends timeless brick construction with durable, low-maintenance materials, creating a welcoming environment that reflects the school’s commitment to academic excellence while providing long-term value. Covered walkways, outdoor gathering areas, and carefully planned site circulation promote student safety and efficient campus operations.
As design-builder, Hubrich Contracting is leading the project from preconstruction through completion, coordinating design, budgeting, permitting, and construction to keep the project on schedule and aligned with the school’s vision.
