Scope of Work
Hubrich Contracting completed field and infrastructure improvements for Oceanside Collegiate Academy to support expanded athletic programming and student use.
Key elements of the project included:
- Installation of a new water line and spigot system for on-field maintenance and irrigation.
- Coordination with Berkeley Electric Cooperative for new power service, pole installation, and meter drop.
- Full electrical infrastructure and field lighting installation through West Electric, including transformer coordination and three-phase service setup.
- Installation of a new scoreboard system by Atlantic Davis Sign, designed for integration with sound and video systems and future sponsor panels.
- Addition of a mounted pole system for HUDL camera, Wi-Fi, and security infrastructure.
- Placement of temporary modular bleachers accommodating up to 180 spectators with flexible relocation for future phases.
All permits were coordinated through the Town of Mount Pleasant, DHEC, MPWW, Carolina Park, and the Office of School Facilities (OSF).
