Hubrich Contracting is leading the construction of Innovation Hall, a 55,000-square-foot educational facility designed to support Oxford Preparatory School’s continued growth and evolving academic programs. The project includes new classrooms, administrative offices, a gymnasium, and dedicated fine arts spaces, creating a well-rounded environment for both academic and extracurricular activities.
In addition to the building construction, the project includes comprehensive site development to support campus operations and accessibility. Once complete, Innovation Hall will provide a modern, flexible learning environment that enhances student experience and supports the school’s long-term vision.
