Hubrich Contracting began construction of the Palmetto Academy of Learning and Success in July of 2012. The building serves students in grade levels K – 8 and offers a rigorous education curriculum. The campus is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and serves the children of Horry and surrounding counties.
