Hubrich Contracting is providing construction services for a new TMSA Public Charter Schools K–8 campus in Mcleansville, North Carolina. The project includes the phased development of a multi-story academic facility designed to support the school’s expanding student population and long-term programmatic needs.
Phase I consists of construction of the primary classroom building, establishing the core academic spaces required for initial campus operations. Phase II will expand the facility vertically while adding a gymnasium and outdoor athletic field to support physical education, athletics, and school-wide activities.
The project scope includes site development, utility infrastructure, building construction, and coordination of all associated permitting and regulatory requirements. Once complete, the campus will provide modern learning environments and dedicated athletic amenities designed to serve students, faculty, and the broader school community.
