Hubrich Contracting is completing the renovation of an existing educational facility to support the new TMSA Park City campus in Durham, North Carolina. The project transforms an existing building into a fully functional charter school environment designed to serve the growing student population of Triangle Math and Science Academy, a network of STEAM-focused public charter schools operating throughout North Carolina.
The scope of work includes comprehensive interior renovations and building upgrades required to convert the facility for K–12 educational use. Improvements include classroom build-outs, administrative spaces, code and life-safety upgrades, and infrastructure modifications necessary to support school operations.
Construction began in March 2026 with completion scheduled for August 2026 in advance of the upcoming academic year.
Once complete, the renovated campus will provide modern academic spaces that support TMSA’s mission of delivering high-quality science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM) education while helping meet the continued demand for charter school enrollment in the Triangle region.
