Hubrich Contracting is proud to partner with Wayne STEM Academy, a tuition-free public charter school dedicated to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics education, to support their continued growth through both an immediate transition and a long-term vision.
As the Academy prepares to exit its current leased facility, Hubrich has been engaged to renovate an existing building into a fully functional temporary elementary campus. This renovation will provide a seamless transition for students, faculty, and families, ensuring continuity of learning while maintaining the safe, adaptable, and engaging environments that support Wayne STEM Academy’s mission.
In parallel, Hubrich Contracting will also lead the development and construction of the Academy’s new permanent campus. This future facility will be purpose-built to support the school’s expanding programs and growing student population, creating a long-term home designed to foster innovation, collaboration, and academic excellence.
The temporary renovation and new construction efforts are being thoughtfully coordinated to minimize disruption while positioning Wayne STEM Academy for sustainable growth.
